What is a residual pressure valve?
The residual pressure valve is a device set to maintain a certain indoor static pressure and realize the automatic control of the positive pressure of the air conditioning room without energy consumption. It is a unidirectional open air volume adjustment device, which adjusts the opening degree according to the static pressure difference and balances the wind pressure with the position of the weight. The air volume through the residual pressure valve is generally between 100 and 1200m³/h, and the pressure difference is maintained between 5-40Pa.

The device is composed of an outer frame, a valve plate and a counterweight, and the maximum opening Angle of the valve plate is 45°. It can be widely used in the purification workshop or clean room to maintain the positive pressure difference between indoor and outdoor, so that the excess indoor air is discharged and the outdoor air is prevented from invading.
