Secondary Action of Dl-IV Fire Damper Actuator in HVAC System

1. Manual reset

Manual reset, control valve opening, manual, electrical signal command action, 280 ºC temperature sensor fuse action, three ways to control valve closing. When the conventional actuator is used for smoke exhaust fire dampers, the valve is opened counterclockwise and closed clockwise. The specially customized reverse mechanism has a rotation direction that is exactly opposite.

2. Output signal feedback

Output open and close position feedback signals (passive signals), conventional actuators only have one set of open and close feedback signals.

Product parameters:

DL-IV type fire damper actuator, installed on the smoke exhaust fire damper, normally open, equipped with a 280 ºC temperature sensor.

Manually reset and control the valve to open.

There are three ways to control the valve closure: manual operation, electrical signal command action, and 280 ºC temperature sensor melting action.

Output open and close position feedback signals (passive signals).

Rated voltage: DC24V; Rated current: ≤ 0.7A.

Torque: 8.5Nm

Remarks:

When the conventional actuator is used for smoke exhaust fire dampers, the valve should be opened counterclockwise and closed clockwise. The specially customized reverse mechanism has a rotation direction that is exactly opposite.

2/Conventional actuators only have one set of open and close feedback signals. If an additional set of fan interlocking signals is required, please provide a note and explanation when placing an order.

3/The wiring device of this institution has two forms: a connected junction box and a movable junction box, with the conventional form being a connected junction box.
